What it is
Two days to map your processes and systems, on site with you. By the end you know concretely what’s worth building first for you — or, if that is the honest conclusion, that custom software isn’t the right next step for you right now.
No consultancy turning up with a standard questionnaire: a look at your own systems and data, and conversations with the people who work with them every day. Alongside the recommendation, one small piece also gets built that actually runs on your own data during those two days — deliberately modest, a first tangible proof, not finished software. That’s what the five days afterwards are for.
How it runs
Day 1
Shadowing the people who do the work day to day: what data exists, where it comes from, and where time gets lost.
Day 2
Working out which approach would pay off fastest, with one small working piece built alongside it — one automated step, one extracted document, one working reorder signal — and the findings discussed with you before departure.
What you have in hand
- A concrete, written recommendation: which piece of software is worth building first.
- An honest estimate of what that asks in time, access and any extra tools.
- One small, working piece on your own data — deliberately modest, a starting point, not the finished software the five days afterwards deliver.
