What it is
For anyone who wants to keep building after the five days, without setting up a new engagement each time: individual days at a fixed day rate, scheduled whenever suits you.
It's also the answer to what's normal for any piece of software over time: a supplier changes an invoice layout, a system a link depends on gets updated, or someone who knew the software leaves. That's not a breakdown that calls for a separate support contract — it's just a day of work, at the same rate as the last one.

Building or extending what’s already running, and walking through the changes together before departure.
