What it is
Five days on site with you, from analysis to working software — an internal tool, an integration or an app, often for smarter order timing and stock signals, reading documents and invoices automatically or automatic follow-up on leads and emails, but always shaped to what’s actually going on with you. By the end of the week something is running that your team can use themselves — not a prototype that still needs finishing.
Other providers sometimes stop at a proof of concept or a recommendation to have something built. With these five days, it’s already running by the time we leave.
How it runs
Day 1
As with the first two days: mapping processes and data, and agreeing together with you exactly what gets built this week.
Day 2
A first working version, based on your own data — not a demo with sample data.
Day 3
Building further and adjusting based on what the first version already shows and on your feedback.
Day 4
Finishing the software and testing it against real cases from your day-to-day work.
Day 5
Testing together with the people who will use it, and handing over how it works, the code and the documentation.
